We stayed for two nighrs in Milan, so that we had one full day to walk around.
This is such a beautiful city.
From our hotel we took the metro to the stop, Moskova from there we walked through via Garibaldi into Brera. This is a neighborhood of artists and galleries. The small streets have the terraces where you can have lunch. This was to early for us so we walked further to Piazza di Scala, entered the Galeria Vittorio Emanuele on to Piazza del Duomo. Went into the Duomo, what a beautiful church.
From there on we walked through ViaTorino. On one of the side streets we had a very nice Italian lunch. After that we walked all the way to Museo National de Scienza e de Technica, Leonardo da Vinci. Well you can imagine by that time we were done with walking. It was a very nice day. We took the metro back to the hotel and rested a bit.
In the evening we had a lovely dinner at the hotel on the upper floor with a beautiful view of Milan.
